For Arlington attorney Ollie Jefferson, it's a spiritual mission. The local refugee and immigration advocate leaves Friday for a 14-day trip to one of the world's largest refugee camps, a huge, tent city near Nairobi, Kenya. Once there, she will seek first-hand knowledge of why so many Africans are being forced from their homelands into refugee camps - many of them run by American relief agencies - and what and should be done to resettle the refugees.
