Since its inception in 1984, the law firm of Ollie R. Jefferson, Attorney at Law has focused on immigration law. Before opening her own office, Ms. Jefferson was employed by the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS). Ollie R. Jefferson graduated from Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi, and Cleveland Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. She is the co-founder of the Jefferson-Titus Multicultural Foundation, Inc, which between 1996 and 2000 gave grants to various organizations in support of human rights. In addition to her continued legal work and participation in the global community, she is a member of the State Bar College and has been recognized for continuing legal education hours exceeding those mandated by the State of Texas of all lawyers.

Matthew Hanley joined Ollie R. Jefferson, Attorney at Law, in 2010. He graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2009, and he received his Bachelor's Degree in history, with honors, from Truman State University in 2005. While in law school, Matt clerked at an immigration law firm in Omaha, Nebraska. After being admitted to the Iowa State Bar in 2009, he worked for a boutique law firm in Omaha specializing in business, investor, and family U.S. immigration law.

Matt focuses his practice on immigration and nationality law, with a concentration on employment and business-related immigration. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
